Hi,

Just reinstalled LUI from scratch using /run LUICONFIG = {}; LUICONFIG.Versions = {}; LUI:Configure() on my lock, due to the vast changes in Patch 5.0.4 .

In doing so though, seems that the Player and Target Frames have gone ballistic.

I only reinstalled LUI on 1 toon, my others toons I did not. The other toons don't have this problem at all, only my lock..

Tried doing another reinstall, no go (same thing happens).

After the reinstall, my Player UnitFrame comes up with all 8 Raid Target icons, as well as Raid Leader and Master Looter, even if I'm not in a group of any sort.

The Target UnitFrame reverted to the conventional (and crappy) Blizzard Target UnitFrame after the reinstall, which is a pain.

Tried resetting both Target and Player UnitFrames back to default, also no luck.

I'm out of ideas on fixing this sadly.

Any help is much appreciated :D

I have managed to find a band-aid fix of shifting the alignment manually of Target and Target of Target in the LUI settings.

By default they're set to Centre. Shift it to any other alignment, then back again and it realigns.

Downside is everytime you reload UI or log out and in again, it goes back to the same problem.

Also, Focus was/is affected as well.

Ahha! Looks like I stumbled across a fix by accident (and slightly frustrated).

There's a forum post (viewtopic.php?f=1&t=9198) that shows a consolidated list of problems in LUI 3.7, one of them was the Player and Target UnitFrames.

The fix in that forum link did the trick for me, all is good now:

Try this:

Open LUI.lua in your LUI folder (NOT WTF folder !) and then goto Line 1273 and 1274 and change the disabled value to enabled, save it and then start the launcher and login. Then create some new profiles.

Hopefully it also fixes the same issue for anyone else having the problem!

PS. If anyone is wanting to know how to modify a .lua file, use Notepad++. It's freeware and worked beautifully for me.
